My Blog Post Schedule

This is just a really quick post to let all of you know about my new post schedule. Up until now, I’ve always just posted about three posts a week randomly. The first change I’m making is that I’m going to be posting on specific days so that you all know what time I’m posting at so you can read my posts straight away. The second change I’m making is that I’m going to be uploading slightly less, only twice a week. This is because recently I’ve been really busy with school and I only have the time to write and post two posts a week. During my school holidays I might have more time and so I may be able to post an extra post a week but for the most part, it’ll be twice a week. These are the days and time I’m going with for now:

  • Thursday at 18:00 (6PM) GMT/BST
  • Sunday at 18:00 (6PM) GMT/BST

40 Beauty Questions Tag!

Today I thought I’d do a tag as I’ve not done one in ages and when I do them you all seem to really enjoy them. I googled some and I decided to do the 40 beauty questions tag because it seems like a great way to learn about peoples beauty rituals. If you do this tag make sure to let me know so I can read your answers to these questions and I really hope that you enjoy this!

1. How many times do you wash your face daily?
I wash my face twice daily. I like to wash my face when I wake up in the morning and then again at night when I’m getting ready for bed.

2. What skin type do you have?
I have combination skin. So my t-zone is quite oily and I have fairly large pores and my cheeks are quite dehydrated and feel really dry. It can be quite annoying having this skin type but over the years I’ve picked up lots of tips to help me manage it.

3. What is your current facial wash?
I use the same facial wash morning and night and it’s the Garnier Skin Active Exfoliating Wash which is amazing for oily skin, prevents and treats spots because it contains salicylic acid and it’s affordable too. Garnier do some amazing face washes.

4. Do you exfoliate?
Yes, my facial wash which I just mentioned is an exfoliator so I lightly exfoliate my skin twice daily. People will tell me that’s too often but I have oily skin so I need to keep it clean and my pores unblocked.

5. What brand do you use?
A bit of an irrelevant question because as I’ve already mentioned, the brand of facial wash I use is Garnier.

6. What moisturiser do you use?
I use E45 Cream as my cheeks get so dehydrated and it works surprisingly well with the more oily areas of my face. If you have any recommendations I terms of moisturiser, or anything for that matter, please let me know.

7. Do you have freckles?
Yes and I love them! As it’s currently Winter they’re barely visible and I miss them so much! And I personally don’t like drawn on freckles so I can’t even do that – they DO NOT look real at all!

8. Do you use eye cream?
No I don’t. Should I? Let me know!

9. Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
Inevitably, I do due to my oily t-zone but it’s not too bad and I’ve found ways to manage it well.

10. Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
No, I’ve never had to use Pro-activ.

11. What foundation do you use?
The foundation I use is Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation. It’s perfect for everyday wear as it has a medium and luminous coverage with a natural finish. It also works well with most skin types and it’s also affordable.

12. How about concealer?
I use the matching concealer to my foundation which is Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer. It’s especially good for under eyes due to it’s light consistency and illuminating effect but it can be used all over the face.

13. Do you know your undertone colour?
I think my undertone is fairly neutral – not cool or warm. It’s great because a lot more suits me as I can wear cool or warm colours.

14. What do you think of fake eyelashes?
If they are applied properly and they fit the persons eye size and shape well then I think they can look amazing. Personally, I don’t wear them often but I do wear natural lashes when I do.

15. Did you know you are supposed to change your mascara every three months?
I did, but who actually does that? It’s more like every six to eight months for me… I don’t think that’s too bad though as I keep my makeup clean and I’d never share a mascara.

16. What brand of mascara do you use?
The brand of mascara I use is Maybelline, specifically Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara. It’s amazing and so affordable so next time you need a mascara try this. The wand is like no other! Let me know what mascara I should try next though.

17. Sephora or MAC?
Well, I live in the UK so I only have the chance to shop in Sephora once or twice a year so if we’re talking realistically it would be MAC because I can actually shop there whenever. But if we’re not then I’d chose Sephora because of the wider collection of makeup you can buy there.

18. Do you have a MAC pro-card?
No, I don’t.

19. What makeup tools do you use in makeup application?
I mainly use Real Techniques brushes as they are amazing quality, apply and blend makeup so well and are really affordable too.

20. Do you use a makeup base/primer for the eyes?
I use the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion which I think makes such a difference to the application and wear time of the eyeshadows. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who wears eyeshadow.

21. For the face?
No, and here’s why. I have large pores due to my oily skin and I find that primer blocks them so much and makes my skin break out quite badly. I don’t find it made any difference in the application or wear time of my makeup so I just don’t think they’re for me.

22. What is your favorite eyeshadow?
It would probably have to be Urban Decay Eyeshadow in ‘Liar’ (from the Naked 3 Palette). It’s such a pretty mid brown shimmery shade that is perfect for every occasion – I love it.

23. Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
I use both because they’re completely different things. For pencil liner I love Lancôme Le Crayon Kohl Eye Pencil as it’s easy to apply and last well. For liquid liner I love either L’Oréal Super Liner Perfect Slim or L’Oréal Super Liner Black Lacquer Waterproof as they are so easy to use and last so well. I usually just tend to use a brown or a black eyeshadow rather than an eyeliner as it’s so much easier.

24. How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
Quite rarely, but when it does happen it’s a disaster as your eyes start watering, taking off all of your eye makeup and ruining your base too. Huge first world problem right there!

25. What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
I have a few pigment eyeshadows but I rarely use them as they’re best for nights out. And even then I forget about them and just stick to normal eyeshadow.

26. Do you use mineral makeup?
I don’t. Let me know if you do and what’s better or worse about it than normal makeup – I’d be interested to know.

27. What is your favorite lipstick?
How am I supposed to answer that?! That’s like asking someone to pick their favorite child! It’s impossible! *Thinks for about 5 minutes, comparing the wearability (is that a word?) in all situations* I hate to choose but it would have to be MAC Satin Lipstick in ‘Faux.’ It’s probably my most worn lipstick as it’s a gorgeous feminine mid-pink toned nude. It could be worn with any makeup look on anyone.

28. How about lipgloss?
It would have to be No7 BB Lips Beauty Balm in ‘Ballerina’ as it has a non-sticky formula and the colour is a beautiful pale pink which suits me well and is so wearable.

29. What is your favorite blush?
I personally don’t think blush suits me what so ever and I only like bronzy/nude shades on other people or I personally think it can ruin their makeup. Let me know if you have any natural blushers that you can recommend to me.

30. Do you buy your makeup on Ebay?
No. I don’t think I’d ever feel comfortable doing that as you never know who is selling it. I’d rather go into store or order from an official makeup website.

31. Do you like drugstore makeup?
Yes, I love drugstore makeup! I think a lot of it is as good as or better than a lot of high end products. I do love some high end items more (eyeshadow, bronzer, highlighter) but for the most part, I use and love drugstore makeup.

32. Do you go to CCO’s (cosmetic company outlets)?
No, I don’t.

33. Did you ever consider taking makeup classes?
I don’t feel like taking a makeup class would be necessary for me as I find it really easy to learn things from YouTube, beauty blogs etc. and so I think it would be a waste of money. I don’t know if I will in the future though.

34. Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
I can be quite clumsy when I’m applying mascara. I watch makeup tutorials and people are putting on their mascara perfectly well, making no mess. Then there’s me running my eyeshadow and getting it everywhere. Maybe it’s not as bad as that but I just can’t seem to apply mascara! When I’m doing everything else however, I’m fine.

35. Name a makeup crime that you hate?
I’m personally not really a fan of blusher that looks bright pink on the cheeks. I think the focus should be more on the eyes or the lips and it also makes the cheeks look less defined, and ruins the contour and highlight. If you love bright pink blusher, don’t be offended! You do you and I’m sure you look great!

36. Do you like colourful shades of makeup (lipstick, eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
I usually stick to neutral shades on both the eyes and lips but I’d really like to start wearing more colourful shades of lipstick, I think I’ll start in the Summer. I think certain people really suit colourful shades of makeup and others really suit more neutral shades and I suit neutral shades more.

37. Which celebrity always has great makeup?
There is no specific celebrity that I can think of because literally all of them look amazing all the time. I mean, if you had that much money how could you not?

38. If you could leave the house using just one makeup item, what would you use?
I’d use my L’Oréal Brow Artist Genius Kit to fill in my eyebrows. I frequently leave the house with only my eyebrows on.

39. Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
Yes I do it all the time. I love the way I look with and without makeup on but that confidence has come with time so if you’re not there yet, don’t worry!

40. In your opinion, what is the best makeup line?
That’s almost impossible to answer! For drugstore makeup I’d pick L’Oréal as their products are amazing quality and for high end makeup I’d pick MAC as they have a great variation of products. Both brands together, everything you’d ever need!

My All Time Favorite Lush Products!

Today I thought it would be a nice idea to share with you my all time favorite lush products. I love Lush and it’s my go to shop when I need any kind of bath and body products. Lush is an amazing brand as it is vegan, cruelty free and they only use natural ingredients and safe synthetics. I’ll be going through each of my favorite products and I’ll be doing a quite in depth review on them. I have a lot of favorite products from seasonal ranges like the Christmas range etc. but all off these will be from the permanent range. Let me know what your favorite Lush products are so I know what to try next and I really hope you all enjoy this.

Intergalactic Bath Bomb, £4.25 – This was one of the products which was part of the Oxford Street exclusive range back in 2015(?) and as soon as it became available I knew I had to try it due to it’s colours which would look amazing dissolving in the bath. I was right, it looks incredible. It fizzes pink, yellow and pastel blue and then the main colour is a deep blue which I love. It has some glitter in it but they are tiny and the bath is easy enough to clean afterwards. It also smells like peppermint which is one of my favorite scents. The main ingredients in this are peppermint oil, grapefruit oil, cedarwood oil and vetivert oil. I’d highly recommend that you pick up one of these next time you’re in Lush – I’m positive you won’t be disappointed.

Sex Bomb Bath Bomb, £3.50 – Years ago now, I’m sure this was the first ever Lush bath bomb I tried – this is what made me fall in love with Lush. I think what drew me towards this bath bomb is the pink and purple colours and a little pink rose on the top. It fizzes and dissolves into a pastel pink colour which is beautiful – possibly my favorite colour. This bath bomb is great if you’re feeling tired, stressed out or anxious because of it’s main ingredients which are jasmine absolute, clary sage oil and ylang ylang oil. I’d say this had quite a floral scent but I love this and I’m not even a huge fan of floral scents. I’d highly recommend this especially for the end of a hard week; it’s an amazing one!

Twilight Bath Bomb, £3.75 – It’s honestly near impossible to choose, but if I could only use one Lush product for the rest of my life, it would be this one. The fact that I love pastel pink so much is probably what led me to buy this. It has a very simple one colour design with moons and stars on the top. When it’s fizzing it’s the most beautiful pastel pink and pastel blue colour, the colour of the setting sun. It then gets darker until it’s a deep shimmering purple. Again, this one is amazing for relaxing you and helping you sleep because of the combination of essential oils it contains. It’s key ingredients are Tonka absolute, lavender oil (used in aromatherapy to treat insomnia), benzoin resinoid and ylang ylang oil. I just love this bath bomb and I can guarantee you will too.

Serendipity Soap, £3.50/100g – I think it may be slightly weird to have a favorite soap but this is mine! This soap looks really pretty and looks perfect sitting in my bathroom. It helps with sleep (see a theme here?) due to the French lavender and chamomile. It’s main ingredients are chamomile blue oil, lavender absolute and French lavender oil. I just love the smell of this soap and if you like lavender you’ll love this too – if you don’t, then you definitely won’t! I really like quite fresh scented soaps rather than sweet so this is amazing. Next time you’re buying a soap, make sure you head to Lush and pick this one up.

Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner, £16.50/225g – Until I tried this, I never thought a body conditioner was necessary. I was wrong. It is. If you don’t know what a body conditioner is, you basically use it like you would a hair conditioner. Apply it to your skin, wash it off and then your skin is left feeling super moisturised. It’s main ingredients are argan oil, rose absolute, goji berry juice and capuacu butter. It smells like a mix of argan and rose which I love and I think most people will as it’s quite a delicate scent that isn’t too floral and overpowering. Even though it’s fairly expensive, I personally think it’s worth it as it lasts for ages and makes such a difference especially if you have dry skin. I’d recommend trying it or asking for it for your birthday/Christmas if it’s not something you’d buy for yourself.

Beauty Bay Wish List!

I thought it would be a good idea to do a Beauty Bay wish list. Firstly because I spend ages on Beauty Bay and wishing that I had everything and secondly because everyone loves a wish list. I love writing them, you all seem to love reading them so I really hope you enjoy this! I’ve narrowed it down to only six things which was difficult but I’m sure you’ll be hearing more about them soon from me as I’ll probably by a few of the things. Let me know if you’ve tried any of these products and let me know what you thought of them.

Alpha-H Limited Edition Supersize Daily Essential Moisturiser SPF 50+ 100ml, £36 – Everyone needs an SPF 50 moisturiser especially if you have pale skin like myself, so when you can get a good quality one for amazing value for money, it’s simply just a must have. I’ve not actually heard anything about this moisturiser so I’d be interested to know if you have or if you have tried it. It’s ‘a deeply hydrating and nourishing cream’ and is apparently perfect for all skin types. It claims to be sweat and water-resistant so it’s perfect for the Summer months. It contains vitamin-e, aloe vera, beeswax, silica and SPF 50 which are all amazing for the skin. This size is limited edition so if you want it get it as soon as possible but there is a permanent version which is £26 for 50ml. Not as good value for money as the limited edition version but still a lot better than other SPF 50’s on the market.

Stila Color Balm Lipstick in ‘Evangeline,’ £16 – I can actually give opinions on the formula of this lipstick as I already have one in the shade ‘Avery’ which I really love. It is a very pigmented lipstick but it is very moisturising on the lips and I find that combination very hard to find. It also contains peppermint oil which is an ingredient that I personally really like for helping irritated lips. It has a gorgeous satin finish which we all know is my favorite lipstick formula. I believe there are 19 shades in which range from pale nudes to deep berry colours. The particular colour on my wish list is a beautiful dusty rose shade which I think will really suit me and most people for that matter. It also looks like the perfect colour for late Winter going into Spring – just the perfect shade for the transition between all seasons actually. I think this will be in my makeup collection soon…

Morphe R3 Precision Pointed Contour Brush, £10.50 – This is going to shock some of you, but I’ve never tried a Morphe brush… yes, really! I have a list of Morphe brushes I’d like to try in the back of my planner (which is ridiculous) and this is one that is probably one of the first I’ll get because I’m looking to get a new contour brush (if you have any other recommendations, let me know!). All of the Morphe brushes I want are from the rose gold collection as they look so beautiful and this is one of them. It has a precision tapered tip which makes it perfect for more precise contour but because it’s densely packed with bristles it will be perfect for blending and therefor making your contour look more natural. I’ll probably need to get this soon as the Morphe brushes are constantly going out of stock!

Illamasqua Lip Lure in ‘Bloom,’ £19.50 – I’m sure these are a fairly recent release from Illamasqua and I haven’t really heard too much about them but they look really nice. They are pigmented liquid lipsticks with ‘a fade resistant finish’ which is always good and they have a high shine finish. They’re also comfortable to wear and are hydrating on the lips which is really important for me as I don’t want something on my lips that is drying. I believe the have ten shades which range from nudes to bright oranges to dark purples so they have something for everyone. The particular shade which I’d like is ‘bloom’ which is a pink toned nude which looks perfect for everyday wear and would look really pretty on a lot of people with a wide variety of skin tones.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Eyeshadow Palette, £41 – I don’t even think I need to explain why I need this eyeshadow palette in my life… just look at the colours! The colours in the palette are all beautiful. There are 14 shades in the palette which include neutral matte shades which are perfect for transition shades, there are gorgeous pink and burgundy shades which are beautiful and are the reason why everyone loves this palette so much. I’ve never tried any Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadows but apparently they’re really pigmented and are really creamy which would make them really easy to work with and blend. It also comes with a double ended eyeshadow brush which is amazing. I’d love this palette but I’m not sure I can buy it right now as I’ve bought so much recently.

Beauty Haul – January 2017

I’m going to be doing another beauty haul which is really exciting. These are all things that I bought before Christmas but I’ll be doing another beauty haul at the start of February showing you what I bought with some of my Christmas money. I’ll give you a review on the things I’ve already tried (which I think is everything), let you know why I bought them etc. I really hope you enjoy this post and let me know what beauty items I should buy next.

MAC Cleansing Oil, £21 – I just thought I’d give this a try because I want to start investing more in my skincare this year. Obviously it’s an oil but it’s a lot messier than I thought it would be – there was oil everywhere which was probably user error, I always make such a mess. Anyway, it wasn’t what I expected really. It isn’t the best makeup remover I’ve ever tried. I haven’t used it very many times so I can’t give my full opinion yet (when I’m finished it I will) but I think my Garnier Micellar Water is better and it’s only a quarter of the price. I think I do regret buying this but let me know if you have this and let me know what you think of it.

MAC Satin Lipstick in ‘Viva Glam II,’ £15.50 – I decided I wanted another MAC lipstick annoyingly straight after I uploaded my MAC lipstick collection (well done!) so I went into MAC and had a look at the lipsticks. I planned on getting ‘Yash’ but after seeing it in person I came to the conclusion that I really didn’t like it. I was then really undecided on whether to get this or ‘Velvet Teddy.’ In the end I decided to get this based on the fact that it’s a Viva Glam lipstick and the full proceeds go to the MAC AIDS Fund. It is such a pretty colour which is a light/medium nude/mauve colour which has a touch of pink in it. It’s really pretty and suits my neutral pale beige skin tone really well. It’s also a satin finish (one of my favorites from MAC) so it’s very opaque, long lasting but not drying in the slightest.

Aloe Pura Aloe Vera Gel with Tea Tree, £5.69 – I bought this after I heard Kathleen Lights talking about how much aloe vera helped her skin in this video. I also did quite a bit of research before buying it to see exactly how it worked and what benefits it had etc. so if you are considering buying it I’d recommend that you do a little bit of research too. I’m going to do a whole post on it in about a months time (so if you’d like to see that make sure your following me) so I won’t go into to much detail at the moment. I will say that I think it has made a difference to my skin but do note that my skin isn’t too bad, I only have a couple of small breakouts per week.

Maybelline Baby Lips in ‘Mint Candy,’ £2.99 – It was actually my sister who bought me this but I thought I’d include it anyway as it is something new that I got. I never really got the hype about the Baby Lips lip balms until I tried this particular one. They all have a really nice creamy, moisturising and hydrating formula but I just love this one a lot. It looks like a very pale pink colour and when I have makeup on and my face has more colour to it is very true to colour and gives a really pretty wash of colour. However when I have no makeup on and I look paler it is colourless which I don’t have an issue with as when I have no makeup on I don’t want to have any colour on my lips. I really like this and I’d recommend it.

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in ‘Peach Glow,’ £3.99 – If you know anything about me, you’ll know that I love this powder and I literally could not live without it. Okay, maybe I could live but I certainly couldn’t do my makeup! I won’t go on about it too much as I feel like I talk about it all the time but if you’ve not already tried this I would highly recommend that you do. It just sets my makeup and keeps my oily skin completely shine free for about 5 hours. I just love this and will forever repurchase it, it’s just the best.

Boots Tea Tree & Which Hazel 6 Nose Pore Strips, £4.99 – I got these to remove the dirt and oil etc. from the pores on my nose (obviously). These do not work. I followed all of the directions on the back of the box and the just do not work. I have tried them multiple times and not once have they removed anything from more than ten pores. I wouldn’t recommend these but let me know if they work for you and let me know if you know of any nose pore strips which actually work.

5 Under £10

I recently realised that my post 5 Under £5 was quite popular and you all seemed to really enjoy it. I thought it would be a good idea to do something else similar so I thought I’d share with you 5 of my favorite beauty products under £10. I actually have ten products to share so I’ll be doing a part 2 soon so make sure you’re following so you don’t miss that. Also if you want to see my post, 5 under £5, click here. Let me know what your favorite products under £10 are as I always love trying out new drugstore makeup. I hope you enjoy this!

Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation, £8.99 – I firstly want to say that this is my favorite foundation I have ever tried. It is an anti-fatigue foundation with skin brightening effects and it contains vitamin e. I totally agree with that, it just makes your skin look so bright, healthy and reawakened. It also contains an SPF of 15 which isn’t enough for everyday wear – I use a moisturiser with a higher SPF underneath. I’d say that it has a medium coverage and it gives a natural illuminated finish. I have combination skin (oily/normal and dehydrated) and this works perfectly for me. It would also be amazing for normal skin and dry skin. It wouldn’t be great for very dry skin however as it isn’t very hydrating and it wouldn’t be great for very oily skin either as it is an illuminating foundation. I believe there are seven shades and I use ‘Light Porcelain’ which is the lightest shade which isn’t great as my skin is light beige (pale, but not that pale) but ideally there should be two or three foundations lighter than mine as there are so may people with lighter skin than me. And there should also be a few darker foundations as the darkest one isn’t that dark. That is the only downside to this foundation though and everything else about it is amazing and I’d definitely recommend it to almost anyone.

L’Oréal Brow Artist Genius Kit, £9.99 – This is my everyday go to brow product and it has been for the past eight months or so. It is a brow kit including a wax, a powder, a tiny pair of (awful) tweezers and a tiny double ended brush with an angled brow brush on one end and a spoolie on the other. The packaging is small, sleek and travel friendly and also contains a small mirror which is amazing when you’re doing your brows on the go. A huge reason why I love this so much is the fact that the two shades, ‘light/medium’ and ‘medium/dark,’ are both cool toned and ashy which is very rare to find in the drugstore. So this does mean if you have warmer tones in your hair and brows this won’t be for you but for people like me with cooler tones it is amazing. I use the shade ‘light/medium’ which is perfect for me – I have medium/dark ashy blonde hair. You can use this brow product in any way you’d like and you could easily do a natural brow but you could also easily do a bolder brow too. I personally use the wax first to define the arch and then I fill in my brows with the powder. If you are looking for a brow product with neutral/cool tones I would highly recommend trying this out.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara Intense Black, £7.99 – Like the previous two products this is a genuine favorite of mine. I do love high end makeup but I guess I just really love drugstore makeup a lot too. This is one of the best mascaras I have ever tried and I think the main reason for this is the mascara wand. It is so unique and I have never found any other mascara wand like this. It just volumises and lengthens my lashes so perfectly. People often complement my lashes and ask my what mascara I use when I have this on and people have actually thought I was wearing (very natural) falsies too. There are different variations of this mascara and my personal favorite is the intense black one – I just love a really black mascara. I would highly recommend this mascara to anyone. Everyone just needs to try it out!

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream, £5.50 – These are some of the best matte liquid lipsticks that you can find in the drugstore and I think they are as good as, if not better than a lot of high end options. These have quite a thick looking consistency but feel so light on the lips. All of the shades I’ve tried (please note I’ve only tried lighter shades) have applied so evenly and are not patchy at all; they only need one coat as they are pigmented. They take a minute to dry completely matte and when they do they are not drying in the slightest, they’re actually really comfortable to wear. They wear on the lips so well – they don’t flake off, they don’t rub off, they don’t go patchy. I could wear these for about eight hours and not have to worry about them wearing off at all. My personal favorite shades are ‘Tokyo’ which is a bubble gum pink and ‘Abu Dhabi’ which is a classic warm nude similar to ‘Velvet Teddy’ by MAC but less pink.

Maybelline Baby Lips, £2.99 – I’ve tried a few different lip balms from proper makeup brands and these are the only ones that I actually really like. They have such a nice consistency and feel really moisturising and hydrating on the lips. They have so many different colours available (and colourless ones too), many of which I have tried, and I much prefer the lighter colours to the darker ones. The reason for this is that the darker ones are very pigmented, overly pigmented for me, but if you like that you’ll love these – I just prefer a matte dark lip. My favorite one is the shade ‘Mint Candy’ which is a pale pink which looks completely colourless on me when I have no makeup on but when I do have makeup on (and a lot of bronzer!) it looks very true to colour on me. I’d highly recommend picking up a couple of these to try as they are under the £5 mark or just pick one up the next time you need a new lip balm.

My Workout Routine

Today I thought I would share my workout routine with all of you. I never worked out or did any exercise before this (apart from walking really fast all the time) and I thought that I probably should start doing something. On the 30th of October I watched this Buzz Feed ab workout video which looked really easy so I thought I’d give it a try. Every single night since then I have done this quick and easy but effective ab workout (which I have adjusted to suit me and increased repetitions here and there), not missing even one day so now I’ve been doing it for 11 and a half weeks (80 days). I have noticed a difference in my mood and energy which is probably due to the exercise even though it is just a quick five minute ab workout. My abs are also a bit more sculpted and defined now and I plan to continue to do this just continuing to increase the repetitions of certain exercises. I’m now just going to talk about exactly what I do so you can compare that to the video if you want to. I really hope you enjoy this/find it helpful in some way and let me know what workouts you do as I’d be really interested to know and let me know if you give this a go so that I know what you thought of it. To see how to do all of these exercises you should watch the video which I have linked above but I’ll link it HERE too in case you missed the first link. I should also mention these are all ab exercises that you can do while lying down which is great for people who are quite lazy for me. I know this was a quick post but I just wanted to share this with you all.
