What I Ate Wednesday – 5/10/16

​This is my what I ate Wednesday for today, I hope you enjoy.

Breakfast, 7:30
For breakfast I had two slices of watermelon and a Belvita soft bakes red berry breakfast bar. I also had a pint of water and a cup ofjasmine green tea.

Morning break, 10:50 
At morning break I had an Alpen light raspberry and yoghurt breakfast bar and a bottle of water.

Lunch, 13:05
For lunch I ate a protein roll (from Lidl bakery) with philidelphia light medium fat cream cheese, lettuce, cucumber and red pepper. I also had a pink lady apple and some cashew nuts. I drank a bottle of water with my lunch.

Dinner, 17:00
For dinner I had a homemade curry made from only fresh ingredients – chicken, fresh vine tomatoes, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, spinach and fresh red and green chillies served with wholewheat rice. I drank a pint of water with it.

Snack, 20:30
For my snack I ate two slices of watermelon and a carrot. I also drank two pinks of water.
