I woke up this morning at 5 am, like seriously? Why?! I did fall asleep again and I woke up at nine due to my neighbour repetitivly hitting the wall for no good reason at all. I did my hair into dutch braids and did my makeup, then had breakfast and spent around an hour deciding what to wear – no joke. But then my Boohoo order came which I ordered late last night, and I got such a nice top which is white with long blue sleeves.
I then left the house around half 12 and headed round to one of my friends houses. Then we walked round to the train station to get the train to the city center. When we got there we went off to do some shopping. In H&M my friend went up to a woman and asked her about the sizes of a jumper – long story short, the woman didn’t work there, and before they ended the conversation I had to run of in to a corner where I was crying with laughter. I however did get a really nice black jumper from there. We then found ourselves in Boots, and just like a friend of mine told me yesterday, they finally had the NYX counter! While in there we bumped into her and two of my other friends also having a look at the NYX stuff and I ended up with a soft matte lip cream and a butter gloss. Next we headed into Zara where I bought a white crop top and a really nice black bralet top.
Next, using Google Maps, we found our way to Pizza Express in the West End. I couldn’t follow the directions so I followed the blue dot along the blue dotted line. We shared a big pizza which was so nice and I also had a really nice raspberry lemonade. To avoid getting lost in the city that I should most deffinetly know my way about by now, we got on a tram from the West End to Waverly, but before going home we had to take a look in New Look.
When I got home I decided to go through all of my clothes and put items that I didn’t want anymore in charity bags. I’m not even kidding, I’m left with just over half of my clothes, which is still alot. Great excuse to by new ones though! Then I watched Titanic which I shockingly hadn’t seen before. I knew I was going to cry, but not as much as I did. I can’t remember the last time I cried like that, it was honestly ridiculous! I was in floods of tears from the moment Rose realised Jack was dead until about half an hour after it finished, but it’s now my favorite film which I can only watch alone!

In the Summer months I have to always make sure that I have perfectly manicured toe nails. I love painting them with bright colours and glittery polishes, and I thought I’d share my favorite nail polishes for my toes that I use most often.
First thing I do is paint them with one coat of Nails Inc. The Optic Collection nail polish in ‘optic wave’ for my base. It’s a really pretty mint colour which I often use alone on my finger nails. The reason I choose this for the base is because it stays on for up to ten days without chipping. I then paint on two coats of Revlon nail enamel in ‘radiant’ which is the most gorgeous colour of small blue glitters and a few bigger green and silver pieces.
Another option that I often do aswell is use Barry M Gelly hi-shine nail paint in ‘grapefruit’ which is a beautiful bright pink. The exact colour you’d think of when you think summer. And for a topcoat for both of these, I use Rimmel Finishing Touch ultra shine top coat which adds days to your manicure and obviously shine.

These are my last two days in France. It was an amazing experience that I’ll remember as long as I live, and I honestly can’t believe that it’s over. It was one of the best times of my life and I wish I could just relive it!
On day nine we sadly left Paris for good early in the morning and headed to Cite Europe, a huge shopping center in Calais. The whole journey I was asleep and we arrived at midday. There were so many amazing shops there, but
honestly I spent most of the time in Carrefour looking for fruit pots (which was unsucessful by the way). I did also pop into Sephora, how could I not?
We got the ferry back later that day and I will admit I maybe did a little bit too much shopping! After that we were stuck in London traffic for nearly three hours! What idiots idea was it to drive through Romford during rush hour on a Thursday night?! I fell asleep again for another four hours and then we were home.
I love every second of my trip to France and I am so greatful that I was given this amazing opertunity! I hope you all enjoyed all of my travel posts, and if you did, there are loads more coming for my second trip of 2016 this July!

My seventh and eighth days in France were so much fun! On day seven we were in Paris walking around and seeing sights and on day eight we traveled North of Paris to a theme park. Here’s what happend…
The first thing we did was go to Arc De Triomphe which was such a good experience – when you think Paris this is one of the things you think of. Then we went shopping on the Champs Elysees which is something that I wish I could do everyday! I went into places like H&M, Sephora and MAC (I have a haul up on here already with everything I bought). Next we went back to the Louvre, but on the half hour walk there we passed Notre Dame which I wish we had time to go to. After lunch and a bit more shopping in the Louvre, we went to Gare Du Nord and just stayed there for a while.
That evening after dinner we went on Bateux Mouches, a river cruise on the Siene which was amazing because we got to see so much of Paris and it was a great oppertunity for photos. We went on around half eight I think and by the time we got of it was totally dark so it was the perfect time to go on; or is it just me that loves city lights?
The next day we went to Parc Asterix which was so much fun! First me and one of my friends went on all of the silly little rides and had such a good time and laughed non stop. Then after lunch, or €9 worth of pick and mix (whoops!) one of my other friends took me on all three big rollercoasters with him which was so much fun, I didn’t think I’d enjoy it as much as I did! Then we met up with three other friends and went for ice cream.

On day six we made our three hour journey to Paris. As soon as I saw the first Parisian building I fell in love with the city, it was honestly everything I dreamed of as a little girl. It’s my favorite place in the world and it’s an experience I’ll remember forever.
The first thing we did in Paris was go to the Louvre. We didn’t go to the gallery but we did head around the shops. I actually didn’t buy anything as the selection of shops there isn’t that great (but I did when we went back the next day), but to say that you’ve been to the Louvre is amazing, and the experience is something I’ll always remember.
We then headed to Sacré Coeur where we pretty much just had a look around the shops in Montmatre. Montmatre was a really nice place and the crepes are amazing by the way, deffinetly get one if you’re going!
And next the thing I’ve dreamed of doing forver, going up the Eiffel Tour. It is huge in real life and going up there is an amazing experience. I loved everything we did in France, but this was my favorite. The views are amazing and we went up from 21:00 until 22:00 (in late Spring) so we saw the sunset and then it got darker and lights all over the city came on – the ideal time to go up.

If you didn’t know already, I love to contour. I already have quite prominent cheekbones and jawline but I just love the overall look of contour and alot of highlighter. Today I’ll be sharing what I do to contour and what my favorite products for contouring are.
The first thing I do is apply Rimmel Match Perfection foundation in ‘light porcelain’ which is high coverage and has a natural finish as my base. Then I use Maybelline Fit Me concealer in ’10’ just to cover any redness or blemishes.
The first contour product I use is Sleek cream contour kit in ‘medium’ which I really love. It has six shades, two for highlight and four for contour and they are all so easy to blend. I use the shade 1 in a triangle under my eyes and inbetween my brows up onto my forehead. I use shade 2 down the bridge of my nose. For contouring I use the shade 5 around my temples which also makes my forehead look a bit smaller, and on my jawline to make it more sharp. I then use shade 6 on my cheekbones and on either side of my nose to make my cheekbones look nicer and to make my nose look slimmer. I blend all of this out with my Real Techniques sculpting brush.
The next step in my contour rountine is setting everything into place with Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder in ‘transparent.’ Then I go over my cheekbones and jawline with Seventeen Define & Conquer contour kit in ‘medium’ using the same brush as I used to blend. I also love highlighter so I use MUA Undress Your Skin shimmer highlighter in ‘pink shimmer’ and apply it to the tops of my cheekbones and on my brow bone using my Real Techniques multi task brush.
